    a friend of mine attended the AGM & indeed Clinton sent his apologies as he had an important meet in Tanzania - the resource upgrade was expected 'in a week' - down the track a capital raising will be needed (hopefully with the share price at 30c). No confirmation of any Local Gov't or Asian funding for the power station which of course would be a big bonus for ATQ, however they can do well just in coal deliveries in Tanzania & some export stuff.
