    Already rubbing the Belly - empanet -- and still holding BUY too -- it will be a great ride for us all.

    Also wondering -- when will some of the institutions/funds sniff out the great double-whammy deal that their holders would get in getting some MMR exposure??;

    1. A large hydrocarbon-leaking PEP11 asset,

    2. MMR's taxation benefits.
