If you look at Chess Capital Broker report, they state two aquisitions that went for $US 35Mcfd and $US 41Mcfd.

Noe lets just use $US 30Mcfd

108MMcfd x 30 = $US3.24 Billion

Based on around 130m shares fully diluted, thats a share price of $25 in US dollars that is still. Thrown in 0.80 and you get over $31

Now just half the whole calculation above or divide it by one third and you see what you get.
