    ITC/RPM/LIO and add VPE if you want....

    these stocks are showing first signs of improvement now and will go well in July. nice Cooper drilling program starts in Aug... I am expecting +20% share increase before drilling.

    ITC the best pick due to good liquidity.
    RPM low liquidity but has 20% so has best leverage.
    LIO? tough stock to call due to Entek float.
    VPE only for the brave and fleet of foot.
