    I believe someone smart is cleverly mopping up more shares at current levels. By putting fake bids on the buy and sell sides when needed to accumulate more. Once volume dries up much more this will run again.
    A lot of shares got sold off under 25c so there will be a lot who are selling on a 10-20% profit.
