Thanks for the comments Promin. Yes I did read some of the other threads on VNS prior to buying into the company, but your point that I would suggest (for those feeling aggrieved) is pertinent - "if you can't beat them then join them".
In my case I have a different fresh view of management, and in fact I have known them for a long time from a very different base than via UMC. I have not been tangled in the UMC arrangement and all I know is that management is very deal oriented.
In the cases of VNS its a very tightly held stock, and it could run to beyond $1.00 very quickly on any reasonable story.
(I suggest that those "aggrieved" parties associated with UMC consider VNS in a different light, as an opportunity to make some real cash in VNS, if not then maybe just get on with your life somewhere else for your own peace of mind - we all gotta eat bro!).
