    MCL weekly chart looks very promising. MCL has just broken through resistance @ 1.5c after several years of consolidation. Rising lows and importantly having consolidated above the 200 DMA with a steady improvement in volume MCL set to rocket. First stop 2c then maybe all the way to 10c.
