ARR has hardly reacted to the current downtrend of the market....

    ARR has hardly reacted to the current downtrend of the market. Why not?
    It is very surprising as there is still some volume going through. On the chart it could still do a cup shape, seems to be running along the bottom of the cup quite nicely for now.
