Unfortunately it doesn't say that all those activities will finish in Apr-May. Rather it says that the INTENSITY of the tasks will ramp up.

It doesn't say that they have received all the needed licences, which they were meant to come last year.

It doesn't say when production is scheduled to start.

It does clarify the Financing part, but the fact that they needed to clarify it, shows how badly it was written in the first place.

I am sure this one will come good one day, but given we can't trust management, it would be brave at this stage, to be ahead of the market.
