I think that in time when values begin to rise APZ will be seen as a very shrewd company in the way they have managed themselves -
To all those who harp on about office towers and the further drops in valuation - consider this - the most common threat I hear at present is inflation - at a time of inflation two things happen - one rents rise due to the CPI increases and the value of "real" assets rise - and APZ is set to benefit from both
I hold a position in APZ for two reasons - one is the divi which has been hammered I know but they still pay one and second as a hedge against inflation
Whilst many won't agree with me and that is fine - the current buying in the stock would suggest that many do
