Future is strongly up for the reasons as below
1 - CITI's CEO Said on his employee memo - they had the best quater and confident that their capital level is adequate.
2 - Everyone including myself knows that long-overdued rally should come and now increasig number people started saying sharp rally is due now
3 Thrusday's congress hearing on relaxing mark to mark accounting rule so that banks can avoid asitional write down if that happens, someone in the US said financials will gain at least 50 to 100% in a matter of second.
4 - I guess smart people are positioning early for the most anticipatd monster rally.
