One of the comments on the Youtube page carried the following link. It's a series of posts on 4chan by an anonymous surgeon who claims he operated on Seth Rich at the hospital. At the time he had no idea who the patient was since the patient's ID tag only carried a patient number which was a bit unusual in itself. When he found out later it was Seth Rich and knowing what happened at the hospital that night he feared for his life.
Several 4chan users challenged him in a series of posts to prove he had medical knowledge by using technical medical terminology. He seemed to be genuine.
A very interesting read, although of course there is still no absolute proof that Seth was allowed to die at the hospital although it sure looks like it.
