Jan, we dont agree that often, but I think you might or might not have a point here. Farouk was taken to court because he misappropriated funds of approx 200/250.000 dlrs which as I have been told was being paid into his own accounts. This money was stolen. He might have been the perfect scapegoat for former directors, wasnt it for the fact that the TZ announcement mentioned a settlement between two parties. The prosecutor goes for criminal charges. So that does not discharge Farouk of criminal charges or in lay terms imprisonment. That makes it hard to believe that he is cooperating with AS. As usual TZ keeps the cards at their chest and we dont know what this settlement is really about. I think its John Falconer they are referring to. Otten does not have the money to settle.
