just wondering what has happened, RSK must have convinced industry minister (both parties relation is really good now and they can’t afford to lose each other) like we are unable to get loan/we must need guarantee from government which lead to $20-30m cash component (maybe as a bond/ loan, so that government doesn’t lose anything).
