if you're talking about a hostile takeover, IMO that's not on the cards as management have massive holdings to resist such a move. I forget the figures but check out the MSB website and it's there.
Ilescu has a few clues about the vulnerability of australian biotechs in the past and has taken preventive measures.
Further, the 'deal of the year' 2010 between Cepahlon/now Teva and MSB was not awarded for no reason. Ilescu has a few clues.
