didn't like the idea of BTC markets only option of depositing funds by typing in my bank account details and password on some Poli pay website i had never heard off.

Placed an order with them, went down to my local newsagent with my code that was emailed to me, kissed my $50 (minimum) cash good bye and handed it over.
Went straight home. BTC was showing in my wallet. Wow
Sent it to the other side of the world to an exchange based in Las Vegas (had set up a Brittrex account while waiting)
1/2 hour later had purchased some altcoins and they were showing in my Brittrex wallet.
