just wondering who is actually buying up at nearly 3.58plus times book for a 4.88Pc return?, wondering if I should double the asking price of my house and offer a 10Pc leaseback if there would be any buyers..
Are people that desperate for a div to pay 55 premium over net assets? or is it HFT and day traders getting chopped?
GFT goes way below book and now people paying many multiple times book,,,,,,,,seems high but going higher it appears...
good luck, seemingly no risk anywhere on the horizon?
