I'm reading comments here of delays in setup of processing plant, next scheduled announcements are end of Feb'18, delay in shipment to potential customers, etc. - can someone claiming this please point me to the facts/company announcements that state any of these delays.
From the London Investor Presentation (31/10/2017) I'm reading the below and have not seen an announcement that changes any of this:
