Re: Execution of Deed of Settlement with SSI
("GCN") is pleased to advise that a Deed of Settlement has now been executed and exchanged with Sino Strategic International Ltd in liquidation ("SSI") to settle the claim from SSI of $1.65 million, to be satisfied by the payment in cash of $285,000 over an agreed period together with the transfer of 900,000 Go Green Holdings Ltd shares held by GCN. Execution of the Deed of Settlement paves the way to the discontinuation of the SSI application for winding up of GCN prior to 30 June 2017.
Execution of the Deed of Settlement removes a major obstacle in the finalization of the audit of GCN's outstanding financial accounts and their lodgement to the ASX which in turn, will help clear the path towards application by the company for resumption of trading of GCN shares on the ASX.
