They probably both have good lawyers sucking both sides in as to how in the right they are and delaying the case and milking them for as much as they can squeeze out . Then when they can't squeeze any more BS fees. BINGO a settlement. One side gets some sort of satisfaction. The other side is out of pocket a bit and pissed off. And both legal sides are congratulating each other on a job well done. WIN WIN .French champers and bonus time.
