UPDATE. Federal Court of NSW has just issued it's verdict!!! Finalised- Dismissed by consent. That means the parties have agreed on the settlement and that in turn has been acknowledged by the Court. Now OZ has to pay out the ageed amount and hopefully that will be the end of it for OZ and the faithful shareholders. M.
