Does someone have the answer as to whether sterile land can be re-categorised ? and does the rights of the traditional land owner (and thus signing the ILUA) over-ride the decision of the Qld government to propose a National Park.
From all the posts and information in the announcement it sounds like the ILUA can over-ride the National Park proposal, so how do we get the land reclassified from sterile. Which government department will IK be visiting today and has reclassification happened in the past ?
Answer these questions and then you have your value ?
Instead of looking at share cost per share (i.e. 30cents) you should consider the market cap and the number of shares on issue at the time for a more accurate share price estimate, noting the many extra shares on offer in this company, so 30c a few years back is different to 30c today.
