With the price of nickel moving higher I would appreciate any comments on how this may affect the settlement deed between Anaconda and CXL, A recent announcement suggests that the nickel price has been trading close to the the indexed trigger price US$4.08lb - under the terms of the ANL settlement deed if the 12 mth average nickel price exceeds the trigger the company is entitled to a 19M payment from Anoconda. can someone please advise what the current nickel price is curently trading at in relation to this trigger and/or how long has it remained above it CXL is a fledgling company with net assets - cash and listed share investments @ 470K , Queste has a sizeable interest in cxl and with Mr Khan going quiet all of a sudden I would very intetrested on what strategies they have to obtain the money from ANL and the necessary process.
