- Lets say they can hang onto 2 million MMX shares. - Cash plus costs plus some shares flow to funder plus KOh and Evans.
MMX once they get past next case have I believe great upside and I see them plus $5 so I can see upside in these shares.
So this is alone is not a bad asset to tuck away. Sitting on say 2 million MMX shares it is quite easy to see what any increase in MMX will mean to CHM.
CHM funder has now funded and won one of the two cases so will be even more comfortable to continue to fund major case. He must be please with the outcome.
MMX have admitted that they have a legacy from past management so its not a great leap forward to believe there is also a legacy in relation to main case.
CHM has part put themselves in the position which they should have been which is a participent in the upside of the IO assets.
I see more to come but think that they have done well to date.
