I have some difficulty with manipulation, Early. Until s/h approval, I would have gone along with it given that the shares were being issued at 5c. Indeed I think I mentioned something along similar lines and I think you did too. But once s/h approval was given I cannot see any logical reason for "manipulating" the sp.

The sp is a function of many variables - I think one of them is that this is not a liquid stock.

IMO settlement should be reasonably close now. Also IMO buyers will come once the uncertainties are cleared up such as settlement, DFS, etc. Some good PR will also help. I would not be surprised if the buyers at the moment are largely existing holders and those who have done some homework on CSD.
