I spent some time in Cambodia. Now if you want scams .. go there!!
A friend of mine came home from work one day, parked his car, and went indoors. Half hour later a massive ruckus outside, a mob baying for his blood. Why? Well after he went indoors, a lady came out & placed a dead dog by his back wheel and began howling in grief. A mob appears .. "he killed by dog" she screams. Well the upshot he has to fork out US$200 to her has compensation. She picks up the dog & off she goes, along with the mob .. no doubt to the next victim!
LOL .. What a hoot.
Savanna found a loophole .. the Minister of mines didnt cross his T's & dot his I's when he awarded BMN the leases. BMN now have to pay for it ...
But its a SMALL price to pay in perspective!! Think about this: If BMN go up JUST 6 CENTS, the MV increases by $9million .....!!! Si an increas of 6 cents will cover the cost of Savanna!
Chicken feed in the long run!
