    I am not too sure on how much i am allowed to disclose, so hopefullly i dont get in trouble :/

    I suggest you email CCC for a full explanation as the response was very quick.
    In regards to the announcement , it seams to me that SIOC was involved.
    I estimate , as i am only guessing ;) that 1/3 has been banked with the balance not to far away.
