    Ann says "...SIOC-cdt has now commenced payment of ZAR140 million of the loan to be advanced by it to CCL under the agreement".

    Commenced payment.....what the.....

    Will it be given in trances or how and what...no information. May be the payment is made non-electronic..LOL
