Gee - I just saw the last 1/2 hour of court before the next session and I didn't like what I saw.
It doesn't appear so clear cut as I first thought and there is lots behind the scene stuff that we are not privy to.

Like an email that was read out where we had accepted that first sales weren't occuring until Feb 2015 so we had accepted that we were going to dilute. This email was in Oct/nov

I hope that this afternoons session goes more our way than what I saw.

I believe Tutes and Mayfair will have more to add as they were there for the whole session.

Maybe the whole morning was different but just reporting what I saw.
