i am a little confused as to what you are getting at claudes.

i think the nov 7 asx announcement was the first time we knew about the stockpiling which is as what is being said in court today so it is as we know.

i think everything is just being spelt out in court.

the nov 7 announcement stated that quasar was stockpiling everything from 2014 and 2015.

not sure where you got the info regarding first sales in feb 2015. never heard of that.

and if there is some truth to the 2015 feb thing that works in our favour because we know that didn't happen.
