just to add to the 2015 feb thing.

lets say it is real.

you can't jump to a conclusion that it means that we would get diluted.

it is actually more likely to mean that we wouldn't get diluted because ags would only need to find short term funding which more than likely would not result in any shareholder dilution.

i still don't know where this feb 2015 sale thing came from. maybe it was some correspondence before the nov 7 announcement which is therefore not much of a consideration in this case considering what we know about ags finances back in late 2014.
