We applied for a 28 extension for the cash call too from memory (pretty sure it was announced to the market), but H/Q never got back to us. Can't remember the specific details of that - someone might be able to dig up the wording that was used in the announcement (think it was when announcing we wouldn't meet the cash calls).

You would think in a "decent" relationship that an extension request would be granted. Hopefully the judge feels that way too, so that he can see what we're putting up with from our "partner".
