So Heathgate admitted undertaking gravity surveys on our lease without our knowledge. Happened while they were surveying their Beverley lease. Breach of the JV agreement!
AGS shut down the M&D conduct case 2 weeks before trial and didn't inform the market. They have sold product and also didn't inform the market. What happened to the ASX disclosure rules!
