Success or failure in this matter will entirely rest on the 'knitty gritty' details of the contract. Who knows what they've signed away ? Let's pause & remember that they fought a prolonged & expensive court case not so long along ago based on a false premise, so much so that they settled & copped all legals as well.....a multi million dollar hit ! What went wrong there ? Were they poorly advised ? Either way, it's happened before and it can happen again, we're not over the line in this matter and even a 'break even' will not be good for the share price.
