even though quasar's lawyers maybe considered to be brilliant etc they are most probably not well versed in the world of buying and selling uranium so they could be forming arguments which are questionable.
the same could be said of alliance so it may all even out to some extent.
but if someone is doing something or has done something that they shouldn't have done then there is a good chance that justice will be done.
alliance come across as good guys to me. you can't just say that someone is incompetent simply because they may have been taken advantage of. and just because someone has taken advantage of you it doesn't mean that is has been done lawfully. obviously.
it has been reported back in 2008 that myers qc charges up to $20,000 a day to appear in court. whatever quasar is paying myers i hope it is not worth it. lmao
