here we are. what a journey. this is where the rubber meets the road.

it's put up or shut up time for everyone.

whatever happens today it will be an interesting day that is for sure.

one scenario that could play out is that the trial actually does commence and a settlement comes about during the trial.

anyone's guess as to how this all unfolds.

i am personally still leaning towards a settlement announcement first thing in the morning. at least i am having a crack at predicting the outcome. lmao
