Now I could give you a list of the companies trading below cash backing that I consider to fall within a broad peer group with AGS but this is not the argument I want to follow.

I asked you to use your claimed experience to tell it how it is? Don't try and divert with side arguments.

Time you step up FO and tell us why we will win damages, as losing the damages aspect of this case puts us on the dilution path once and for all IMO.
