Yes, as I understand it, these are documents that AGS presented to Q. As to what privilege refers to, I only have the layman's understanding that it's to do with confidentiality.

Also, I forgot to mention, after Judge Stanley was asked for the adjournment, he asked Q lawyer if he was still confident the matter would be concluded this week, to which Meyer replied that he was very confident (and mentioned Wednesday afternoon I believe).
