That 60c capital raising years back, to which many of us chipped in for , was sought on the basis it was to be used to fund mining/production of the resource
So what was it eventually used for. Well not was it was spruiked for , that's for sure
Is this legsl ? Might be legal but not just IMO

Have we been short changed??
Time will tell with this current action

Regardless of how bad we have been treated by our JV Partnet, management only have themselves to blame by signing away their rights to have any say how things are done
