I'm a little bit lost over why they are even arguing this, at this point in time. I thought the whole reason AGS went to court was to declare the termination of sales rights was valid?? Yes, damages were always something that would be in the mix but this seems a little bit of cart before the horse.

Whatever the scenario, I'm not feeling very impressed with the business ability of our so called 'Directors'. I think many on this forum could have done a lot better.
