Lets hope our team start with a short summation of the track record of the defendants.....a long history of litigation against J/V partners and businesses, found guilty of deceptive and fraudulent behaviour in courts of law........in essence, a proven track record of criminal behaviour in the past and that this is simply a case of a continuation of the said behaviour!
