I thought Q were bringing up some of that stuff last week when they talked about money spent on past legals and what AGS have done over time with decisions etc, I would think AGS are entitled to bring up some of the stuff that forced them into decisions/positions. They lost the last case at the end but that does not mean there that all their problems with Q were discounted, they should be able to show a pattern which has continued.
