Quite true Katanman.......but can the judge then question AGS management as to why they didn't complete adequate DD before they entering into a binding contract with this mob ? If he's able to obtain pertinent literature & research their track record...why didn't AGS ? Can they be accused of 'crying wolf' now ? My level of confidence & trust is not as good as others about the outcome. The past performances of both sides may have blurred the potential for a defined result. Who knows ? We'll know soon enough, put us LT shareholders out of our misery to an extent.
