I respect your opinion. You bring up some great points. Due diligence is extremely important and maybe AGS did not do this properly. Hind sight is a great thing.
My take on it is: AGS went into this JV contract with the BBs as the BBs had the nearby plant to process the stuff and also the expertise. It may not have been practical for AGS to go into a JV with someone else at the time.
The problem I see is that the JV contract may not have stipulated enough of the details and relies far too much on "good faith" from the major JV Partner.
I hope that the Australian legal system can QUICKLY restore this "good faith" that was expected but has not been forthcoming. Otherwise there is a real danger that this Australian company is not going to "get a fair go" to quote a great Australian saying.
