Looks like IG has gone and given a name to what some of us have been talking about for the last 7 or 8 months or so. Have Quasar's actions been designed to deprive AGS of it's rightful share of B4M product? Did they set out to deliberately put AGS under financial pressure? Bearing in mind all they have to do is look at the quarterlies to know what AGS's financial position is. Lots of potential embarrassment still to come.
Also by the sounds of it, Quasar's lawyer didn't like it one little bit. Sale of product & reduction in costs occurred after the legal action began so hardly a vigorous defence to the accusation.
Still, it just remains an accusation. Need to hear the argument. I believe in civil trials it comes down to the balance of probabilities so, based on what we know, it's an argument that appears to have some merit.
