I just got back from court where IG has just left the witness box and SJ re-entering for further clarification.

I was very impressed with IG and his thought process before answering any questions. Cool, calm and collective.

H/q were trying to get IG to agree that the company would struggle cash flow wise as expenditure was more than income for 2015 and dilution was the only scenario.

IG fought back with the argument that if we had sales/income it would have been easier to raise more capital and get investors on board.

This is only my option of what I heard so make with it what you want.
