Forensic accountant ? Somewhere there must have been a mass murder of the truth or shareholder's capital or both ! Pity about the 'no smoking guns' bit....that means that it boils down to which legal team has been more probing, more thorough, more aggressive and confident. Not being there and only hearing (and gratefully so btw) reporting......I'd rather not offer an opinion whose legal team appeared to have kicked more goals.....however all I can observe is that the share price has deteriorated on small volume as the proceedings unfolded so I guess crunch day approaches now. Good luck to all.....it's in the hands of the 'wigged one' now and let's hope that the gavel becomes Thor's hammer of AGS justice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
