Is it possible that our claim was a written one, with all the evidence on paper, and that it was up to Q to disprove it. I came up with this theory based on the feedback that we have been handing over documents. All just my thoughts, IMO, no facts to back it. If I am anywhere near right, then from all reports, I have not heard anything to say that we got proven wrong.
The only thing I can say is that as Q have not even looked like upping their offer, tey are either confident, or they figure there is enough money in the project to accept any punishment and still make a dollar. Therefore, based on a previous comment they coped a fine and still came up 200 m in front, well, lets hope we get the same result, value of product less their earn, may I suggest we are cheering. ALL JUST A THOUGHT, may be way off.
