I don't get how this whole court case has gone either

It's like AGS was the defendant in this action. You would have thought Quasar would have called upon to justify its conduct of managing the joint resource. Instead we've had it all one way traffic with AGS Management spending most of the time on the stand , justifying what they were doing. Both parties should be justifying what they've been doing .
Like it's been said , no smoking gun from us that we know of so I'm not feeling good about this
