That's great Mayfair, thanks. Especially like the comment where J Stanley turned it around and asked if DR was asked to just sell their 75% would he? I think it shows J Stanley is seeing the bias in their decisions. And also separating accounts when it suits them. Not working in best interests of the JV but in best interests of themselves. I feel confident we might have a win this time.
